Weather -
Paddlefest will launch rain or shine at 10am, UNLESS severe or dangerous weather conditions cause officials to postpone the start, or CANCEL the event for that day. In the event that Paddlefest is canceled on June 16th, it is possible there could be NO FURTHER RAIN DATES. The determination will be made by event organizers 24-48 hours prior to event. We sincerely hope this does not happen! While we want everyone to enjoy themselves on our beautiful river, Paddlefest is unfortunately dependent upon cooperative tide times and coordination with the Town of Greensboro and the Choptank River Yacht Club. Organizers will do their best to make Paddlefest work!
We're sorry, there will be NO REFUNDS but you may transfer your registration to someone else. Just let us know who to expect!
There will be four boats on the river to advise paddlers in case of emergency. BE PREPARED! Foul weather gear is recommended if the forecast calls for light rain!Fees/Admission
