Thrive & Shine with The Gifts of Imperfection

The Caroline County Public Library invites you to join us for the third Tuesday at 6pm at the Federalsburg branch for the summer series of Thrive & Shine. Each session explores wellness topics through a text in our collection, with a peer-led discussion designed to inspire one another. Join us on Tuesday, June 17th, from 6:00 to 7:30 PM at the Federalsburg branch to discuss The Gifts of Imperfection by Brené Brown, with a focus on cultivating creativity. This session will include an overview of the book, as well as mindfulness practices that can be incorporated into your daily life to support your creative plan or goals. Please note that reading the book prior to the session is not required.
