Bring on the Mess – Taking Care of You
 
Do you ever feel like you have so much to do that you can’t truly take time out for you?  Ever feel like you are that hamster in the wheel going round and round?  As working leaders, parents, grandparents, friends and invested members of our communities, it can be difficult to navigate the challenges and the stressors of everyday life.  The need to juggle from place to place to make sure everyone gets what they need and gets where they need to be can leave us feeling exhausted…and that’s just how we feel before we start of the work day!
 
Join us for a conversation with CEO Beth Anne Dorman (Langrell) of For All Seasons as we explore how to best “fill our own tanks” as we take care of others.  Take some time out for you as we dig into practicing self-care, resisting feelings of guilt for taking time for yourself, and strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and burnout at work and in life.
