DEPARTMENTAL OVERVIEW: Department of Public Works The Caroline County Department of Public Works maintains the County’s infrastructure including roads, bridges, drainage, public buildings, fleet, and heavy equipment. The Department is divided into three major divisions: Roads, Facilities, and Central Shop.
