Kristyn Williams is a compassionate healthcare professional with over 20 years of experience in nursing and wellness. She spent 15 years working in Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU), specializing in the care of newborns with complex conditions such as Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (NAS) and those dependent on oxygen or tube feeding. Her diverse expertise also extends into holistic wellness, where she has honed her skills as a Licensed Massage Therapist for 4 years, specializing in cupping therapy and Reiki to promote relaxation, recovery, and balance.
Currently, Kristyn is working towards certification as an Infant Massage Instructor through Infant Massage USA, combining her passion for nurturing care with her desire to support parents in bonding with and soothing their infants.
