Purpose: To celebrate knitting and other fiber arts by knitting in public places, such as parks, libraries, farmers' markets, coffee houses, and more.

What to do: Bring your knitting projects, a cool drink, and a comfy chair to join the celebration.

Other fiber arts: WWKIPD is not just for knitters, but also for people who crochet, spin, sew, embroider, needlepoint, mend, and felt.
